For your first appointment with us, please bring along any medical history you have of your pet. We strongly recommend keeping a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life and making note of any changes, including shifts in behavioral. This will make it easier for you to identify potential concerns so you can share them with us in a timely manner.
