An established but still- growing veterinary hospital in Lebec (Greater Frazier Mountain Community) is in search of an experienced Practice Manager with a true servant-leadership mentality. Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a successful Veterinary Practice 
• Eliminate roadblocks and manage escalated client and employee situations

• Monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives, leading and developing the team as you work together to achieve success
• Participate in hiring, training, and developing a positive, collaborative practice team.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, inventory management, OSHA, DEA, etc. 
• Working closely with Practice Owners and Partners to implement strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous management experience – OR – prior Veterinary Management Experience is required.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees in a client/customer focused setting
• A growth mindset with regard to your professional skills is a must!
• The sincerely held belief that relationships are the #1 driver of success – especially with your team!
• The ability to work autonomously, training staff and implementing initiatives independently.
• A strong background in coaching/mentoring employees with a positive leadership style.  

Hours & Availability

Candidates available full time hours per an alternative work-week schedule are invited to apply! Your availability must align with our current working hours:

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday 3-day schedule with 12-hour shifts and just one Saturday a month. 
• We eventually plan to go back to our regular 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.
• Rotating weekend availability is required
